HDJ Scholarship Application

The HDJ Scholarship awards high school seniors and full-time undergraduate students from the Chicagoland area who have been accepted or currently enrolled in an Historically Black College or University. Please note that undergraduate applicants must have graduated from a Chicagoland high school. Applicants must maintain a 3.0 cumulative unweighted GPA, 2 Letters of Recommendation, and submit current transcripts in order to qualify for this scholarship.
